Carbon60 are currently looking for a Customer Operations Advisor to work for a client of ours who are based on the Crown Packaging site in Shipley.
Pay/Salary: 26,000/annum, 12.50/hour
Working Hours/Shift Pattern:
07:30 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 15:00 Friday, 40 hours/week, 30 mins lunch
Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Main duties & responsibilities:
- The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems
- Email and phone correspondence with suppliers
- Expediting orders in process
- Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback
- Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation
- Enter stores area and organise stock from deliveries
Essential skills / experience / qualifications:
- Administration experience/background preferred, stores side can be trained but must be willing to meet the physical demands of the role
- Competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry
- Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
- Showcase a willingness to learn and develop, have enthusiasm for the training provided
- The role can be demanding at times with the workload, good organisation and time management skills required
