As a Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD), your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direction and contemporary initiatives to drive effective clinical practice and leadership.
- Ensuring delivery of optimum clinical and therapeutic care.
- Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Leading and delivering the hospital strategy as part of the Senior Management team.
- Overseeing multiple departments including psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social work.
- Supporting the Hospital Manager with operational and clinical leadership.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Manager (RMN/RNLD) role will have:
- Qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
- Significant experience in leading teams and senior practice-based work.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and manage complex circumstances.
- Experience in partnership working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
- Skills in setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards for high-quality care.
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports at senior management level.
- Ability to change practice, culture, and outcomes across professional boundaries.
- Experience in setting therapeutic boundaries with patients exhibiting challenging behaviours.
- Ideally, experience working with patients within similar service lines.
