We are excited to be recruiting for a Commercial Coordinator to join our Bradford based client, a global freight-forwarder. Our client is looking for someone with a background in import/export logistics to take on this new challenge.
This person will be responsible for ensuring top-tier customer service for Overseas Agents, Import Clients, and selected clients. This role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining and developing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Coordinator:* Deliver 'VIP' service to external salespeople, clients, and agents.* Handle customer queries via phone and email - managing customer requirements appropriately.* Manage shared inbox and provide quotes and service information.* Input customer bookings and liaising with customers, suppliers, and agents.* Produce and send documentation, including bills of lading.* Stay ahead of competition through research and networking.
Skills and attributes of a Commercial Coordinator:* Excellent customer service skills and a proactive attitude.* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and multitask.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:* Good education in Maths and English.* Industry-related qualifications are preferred but not essential.* Experience in import/export freight forwarding required.
