Internal Sales / Sales Support / Spares Coordinator - Bradford

White Label Recruitment are currently working with a leading engineering business based in Bradford who really invests in their staff and have an excellent name and reputation in the industry. They reallyu are a true leader in what they do.

They are now looking to take on a Spares Coordinator (They will consider candidates who have held Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Admin, Order Processing background). This is a fact passed position dealing with incoming enquiries for spare parts via phone and email, producing quotations and processing orders.

The Role:

  • Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Producing and sending quotes for Spares and Service - full training will be provided
  • Processing orders/deliveries
  • Ensuring any Technical enquires are passed to the relevant team members
  • Maintaining company databases
  • Liaising with customers to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained

The Person:

  • Must have Sales Administration / Customer Service / Internal Sales experience - ideally within an Engineering environment (could be manufacturing, distribution, trade counter etc) but not essential
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must be used to a fast paced environment
  • Be happy to support on the shop floor when required for picking, packing and distributing (only 25% of time max)
  • Someone with experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus
  • Someone who is willing to learn and keen to grow

The Package:

  • £26,000 - £28,000 annual salary
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus statutory
  • Company pension scheme
  • 37.5-hour week with flexi days (core hours 10:00-16:00), can work from 7:00 - 18:00.
  • Opportunity to earn 1 flexi day (holiday) per month, if accrued 7.5 hours overtime. This is to be used the following month.
