Sonic Summary

Fawkes and Reece are seeking a freelance Site Manager for a 6-week refurbishment project starting on November 4th.
The role involves managing on-site staff, ensuring project delivery within time and budget, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a Site Manager position, preferably with Main Contractors and on refurbishment projects, particularly in leisure facilities.
Required qualifications include CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
Compensation is offered as a day/hourly rate, with weekly pay on Fridays.

Fawkes and Reece are currently recruiting for a free-lance Site Manager for a 6 week project that commences on 4th November.

The Role

The project you will be working on will be a refurbishment of a leisure facility. It will be a 6 week project from start to finish. As a Site Manager you will be managing the staff on site ensuring their daily duties are carried out effectively, whilst running the project to programme and costs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Deliver projects within time & budget
Variation works
Material call offs
Management of staff ensuring they carry out their duties in accordance with policies and procedures
Effective Health and Safety Management
Assist in the achievement of set project targets
Maintaining quality control checks
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working for Main Contractors is preferred
Experience on refurbishment projects, in specific leisure facilities would be ideal
CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness
5 years experience in a Site Managers position
