Sonic Summary
- We are seeking a Painter & Decorator for a temporary project in a commercial facility in Bradford.
- The position offers a pay rate of £18.00 per hour PAYE or £23.00 through Umbrella, with a work schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
- Candidates must have previous experience or qualifications in commercial painting and be able to operate to a high standard.
- The role involves preparing internal areas for refurbishment, painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork, and some external painting.
- Applicants should be Health and Safety aware and possess good client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with site management and maintenance personnel.
The role is a temporary position circa 2 weeks (with possible repeat business)
18.00/hr PAYE (23 Umbrella) basic hours.
Mon-Fri 40 hours per week days.
Painter Duties:
Prep internal areas ready for refurbishment
Wall, ceiling and woodwork/trim painting
Some external painting
Working within cordoned areas within an occupied facility
Requirements:
To have previous experience/Qualification in commercial painting
To operate to a high standard of decoration
Good client facing skills
Able to prep area and clear down
H&S aware
Able to converse with site manager and maintenance operatives
