Stafforce are currently looking for a HSSE Officer to join a growing team in Bradford. Within this role you will be maintaining and auditing the health, safety, sustainability and environmental systems of the company to retain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
What to Expect:
- Creating and updating health, safety, sustainability, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Maintaining records and preparing reports on health, safety, sustainability, and environmental performance.
- Ensuring that the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

- Participate in company events and initiatives that give back to the community.
What We Need from You:
- Previous experience in a Health and Safety / Environmental or Sustainability role or similar experience.
- Level 3 Health and Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent).
- Full understanding of safe systems of work and awareness of BSI 14001 / 45001 systems.
- Ability to work flexibly, resourcefully, and logically, and to manage your own workload.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with all levels of staff.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Meticulous in maintaining policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
