About the Role:
As our Health & Safety Manager, youll oversee all health and safety aspects across multiple onsite locations, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of safety within the business. This is a full-time role that requires travel between build sites
HQ Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Hours: 08:0017:30, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities: -Health & Safety Manager Bradford, West Yorkshire
- Ensure health and safety legislation compliance, including the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits across all sites.
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing preventive measures.
- Coordinate first aid and fire safety measures, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
- Stay up-to-date with legislation and advise senior management on changes and improvements.
- Promote sustainable practices, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
What Were Looking For: -Health & Safety Manager Bradford, West Yorkshire
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar Health & Safety role ( Construction or/ and On-site and dealing with sub-contractors)
- Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent in occupational health and safety.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Requirements: Full driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
