About the Role:


As our Health & Safety Manager, youll oversee all health and safety aspects across multiple onsite locations, ensuring compliance with legislation and fostering a culture of safety within the business. This is a full-time role that requires travel between build sites


HQ Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

Hours: 08:0017:30, Monday to Friday (flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities: -Health & Safety Manager Bradford, West Yorkshire


  • Ensure health and safety legislation compliance, including the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
  • Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits across all sites.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing preventive measures.
  • Coordinate first aid and fire safety measures, ensuring readiness for emergencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislation and advise senior management on changes and improvements.
  • Promote sustainable practices, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives.

  • Experience: Proven track record in a similar Health & Safety role ( Construction or/ and On-site and dealing with sub-contractors)
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ, or equivalent in occupational health and safety.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Requirements: Full driving license and willingness to travel between sites.
