- This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with office-based duties.
- Support the Conveyancing Fee Earner with administrative tasks, including managing their caseload and opening/closing files.
- Handle tasks and correspondence through the case management system.
- Use the Land Registry portal to request title documents and submit registration applications.
- Access LMS and lender exchange portals to download necessary documents.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the lawyers to maintain high service standards.
