I am looking for experienced Brazers or people from either a Plumbing or Refrigeration/Air Conditioning background, to work for a busy Engineering and Manufacturing company, based in Bradford.
The successful candidate will ideally have Previous experience either brazing or welding or come from a Plumbing or Refrigeration/Air Conditioning background. You must be able to follow engineering/technical drawings and have experience using hand tools. Knowledge of Manual Handling Techniques will be vital as the role will include some heavy lifting, have good attention to detail and have a steady hand.
Day to day duties for the role will include:
-General brazing on copper pipes of various sizes and thickness
-Reading and working form engineering drawings
-Some lifting of heavy coil products
-Cleaning workstation after you have completed the build
-Any other ad hoc tasks required
Day shifts are 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.45am finish on a Friday. This is advertised as a Permanent role with a starting salary of between £24,943 pa (£12.30p/hr) and £26,744 pa (£13.19p/hr) depending on experience. Overtime will be available during busy periods paid at time + ½ and Double Time.
