Job Title: Admin Officer
Location: The Tyrls, Bradford, BD1 1LA
Pay Rate: £11.59 per hour rising to £11.88 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a full time Admin Officer to Join the team at the Magistrates court
based in Bradford! The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Administration role,
- Preparing, resulting and clearing court files.
- Hosting Court Video hearings
- General administration duties
- Telephone and counter queries
- Good customer service is essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team or independently and any other duties required by the court
What we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Can do attitude
- Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
- Strong IT skills
