This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a full time Court Clerk/Administrator on the Listing and Orders Team. This role requires good IT skills and an ability to communicate confidently with the general public, the legal profession and the judiciary.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Court Clerking attended court hearings
  • Hosting remote court hearings on a Teams or Video platform
  • Listing cases for hearing
  • Drawing up court orders after court hearings
  • Logging documents onto computer record and paper file in readiness for court hearings
  • Responding to customer queries by phone, email or at the counter

  • Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
  • Strong IT skills
