Pay Rate: 11.44ph
Fees and Enforcement Team
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, 37 hours per week
This is an ongoing temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.
Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a full time Court Usher to Join the team at the Law Court in
The Ministry of Justice based in Bradford! The role will include working as part of a flexible team. You will need to have excellent attention to detail due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The role is Usher/ Paper keeper within the county court and the main duties are
- Extracting files from filing run in readiness for court hearings
- Sorting and ordering papers on the file for the judiciary
- Managing e-documents for court hearings
- Preparing and publishing court lists
- Preparing court room with special measures i.e witness screens
- Taking names of attendees and getting them into the hearing on time
- Download recordings of hearing, catalogue and file away
- Basic computer input and file attachment
Post - receipt and dispatch

- Ability to multitask
- Can do attitude
- Working with a high-volume output and 100% accuracy rates
- Strong IT skills
