Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Credit Controller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping the cash flowing smoothly.Your Role as Credit Controller:
  • Stay on top of cash posting and ensure seamless invoice and credit note allocation.
  • Take charge of daily order hold reviews, making crucial decisions on releases or chasing outstanding payments.
  • Process invoices, including the calculation of Tax — an opportunity to show off your precision!
  • Build strong relationships while chasing debtors and issuing timely chase letters.
  • Maintain and manage the Uncollectable Cash report, bringing your insights to monthly meetings.
  • Keep customers informed with prompt statement issuing.
  • Conduct thorough credit checks for new and prospective accounts, playing a vital role in customer onboarding.
  • Set up new accounts and resolve queries like a pro.
  • Take the lead on issuing court forms when necessary.
