Dutch Speaking Credit Controller

About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dutch-speaking Credit Controller to join our team, focusing on our Benelux portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring timely collection of cash and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. If you are proactive, customer-focused, and have a knack for problem-solving, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Collection:Efficiently manage the collection of cash from customers to meet departmental KPIs on debtor days and cash targets.
• Order Management:Handle daily blocked orders promptly and accurately.
• Documentation:Maintain precise records and documentation for weekly management reviews.
• Pre-Legal Preparation:Prepare accounts for pre-legal action as necessary.
• Team Collaboration:Provide support to team members and assist in resolving customer disputes.
• Communication:Maintain a professional approach in all interactions with internal and external clients.

Success Measures:

• Consistently achieve departmental KPIs, targets, and objectives.
• Retain customers and support customer growth in line with business targets.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures and legislative requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment with zero accidents related to health & safety issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in credit control or a related field.
