Your new companyHere at Hays we are working with one of our key clients. This business is an international business who are based in Bradford. They are seeking a determined, ambitious and diligent credit controller to join their new international service team. Your new roleIn this role, your responsibilities will include but aren't limited to:
- Collecting monies due to our accounts receivable ledger.
- Ensuring that queries are brought to a swift resolution.
- Making sure that all the accounts are up-to-date.
- Ensuring that credit limits are not unduly affected.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have exceptional customer service, communication and data entry skills.
- Possess excellent attention to detail and easily prioritise to maximise every opportunity.
- You've experience of credit control, ideally in a shared service environment, as well as working in a customer-facing role within financial services or a similar industry.
- Have good knowledge of working with Excel.
- You will need experience of answering queries quickly.
