Our University Centre is at the forefront of construction education. We provide a diverse range of further education (FE) & higher education (HE) courses and

apprenticeships. These include T-Levels, BTECs, HNCs, HTQs, and degree level qualifications. We’re seeking a passionate and innovative leader to help drive our

continued growth and success.

 

Your Role: Make a Difference:

As Curriculum Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of the University Centre to:

  • Drive effective curriculum management and achieve high standards in student learning and outcomes.
  • Manage specific curriculum areas, student groups, and staff, ensuring excellence in education delivery.
  • Take an active role in innovation, introducing and leading new developments to advance our curriculum and teaching practices.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with:

  • A proven track record of good or outstanding teaching in construction and the built environment.
  • A full teaching qualification (minimum Level 4).
  • A relevant vocational / professional qualification at Level 4 or higher, alongside industry experience and knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills to inspire and support both adults and young people in achieving their learning and career goals.
  • Experience in managing staff and curriculum is desirable but not essential.
