Customer Operations Representative

Salary: 22,310 per annum
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire - Hybrid System
Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 5 Saturday working from home

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to make a difference in customer service? My client is seeking a Consumer Operations Representative to join our team. You'll assist in processing claims, keeping consumers informed, and ensuring clear communication across various channels.

The Key Duties of the Customer Operations Representative:

  • Process claims proactively and efficiently.
  • Keep consumers informed and ensure clear communication.
  • Respond to enquiries in line with company policy.
  • Escalate issues beyond job scope.
  • Focus on consumer experience and outcomes.
  • Adhere to regulatory and business processes.

The Key Requirements of the Customer Operations Representative:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential.
  • IT literate with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable with good organisational and time management skills.


Training and Support:

  • 4-week classroom-based training program (8:45 - 5 shift pattern), no holidays permitted during this period.
