Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are Recruiting for a Client Services & Admin Advisor for their client based in Bradford, Yorkshire.
As a Customer Service & Admin Advisor it will be your responsibility to work within a busy finance department, responsible for the proactive management of credit with our clients key customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer and supplier administrative queries, both on the phone and via email are dealt with in the agreed SLA's.
- Ensuring the processing of supplier and customer documents are carried out to agreed SLA's and KPI's
- Contribute to ensuring the O2C & P2P processes are efficient, compliant and have full knowledge of the process controls.
- Ensuring administrative tasks for O2C & P2P are completed correctly and within the pre-agreed timescales.
Person Specification
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent data entry skills both in speed and accuracy
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly excel, word & emails
- Previous experience in a similar customer facing, service orientated role
- An understanding of the credit control, purchase ledger and/or invoice management, would be advantageous
This is a full time position offering an annual salary of £24,000 + attractive company benefits!
The position is working from home / Hybrid - The successful applicant will be required to travel to Bradford 2 times a week
