Role Overview:As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers, answer queries, and promote relevant services. Your main goal will be to create a positive customer experience while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers, providing them with product or service information
  • Meeting and surpassing targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre or customer service role is preferred but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent listening skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a desire to meet targets
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
