We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Bradford.Job Description:As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally. This role is initially office-based for the first week of training, after which it will transition to a hybrid model with 2 days in the office and the remainder working remotely.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Provide information about our services and products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
  • A DBS check will be processed for the successful candidate.
