You will be based theBradfordoffice and part of a new highly skilled team of multi skilled customer service advisors. This is a financial services business so upholding the highest standards is imperative and whilst you will be having serviceand sales conversations you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do.

On a daily basis you will handle calls to and from customers regarding a range of financial products at all times ensuring the best outcome for the customer.

Itsworth pointing out that given this is a new team there will be lots of opportunity to progress as the department grows, so if you are ambitious this could be a great opportunity for you!

Previous Customer Service or Sales experience is essential, however,experience from a financial services environment while desirableisnot essential. All Customer Service and Salesbackgrounds will be considered.
