We're seeking Customer Service Advisors to support our client's customers in their Bradford fraud contact centre. If you have outstanding customer service skills, a desire to safeguard customers, and are looking for a new challenge, we have an incredible opportunity for you!



Key Details:

  • Start Date: Monday, 3rd March 2025
  • Day Rate: 134 per day (Umbrella only recruitment) - Assistance available for Umbrella company setup
  • Location: Bradford/Hybrid - Office presence required 3 times a week. Initial training will be hybrid, followed by three weeks on-site for grad bay.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 10:30 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday (you will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays)


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a telephony-based customer service role
  • Ideally, prior experience in the financial services sector
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
  • Ability to work at our client's Glasgow office on a hybrid basis
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience navigating internal databases with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word


Your Role:

As a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our customers daily. Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls from customers dealing with fraud, scams, and payment queries. Using your exceptional listening and communication skills, you will support customers during challenging situations, helping them resolve their concerns smoothly and efficiently.
