White Label Recruitment are currently working with a specialist Engineering business in the Bradford area who are looking for anInternal Sales Coordinatorat their growing business with offices across the UK.
The Role of the Internal Sales Coordinator;
- Receiving Incoming telephone enquiries from customersand respondingaccordingly.
- Pulling together quotations
- Converting quotes on dimensions into sales orders and updating the customer portal or sending order confirmations as appropriate.
- Maintaining customer records on dimensions and CRM as required.
- Inputting opportunities into CRM system
- Dealing with incoming telephone or email issues, see the issue through to a positive outcome for both the customer and the business.
- Chasing quotes by telephone and logging the outcome on CRM.
- Ensuring the department continues its functions in the absence of the Department Manager, this could be to cover during meetings, site visits or annual leave periods.
- Communicate any issues to the Department Manager if they arise.
- Providing our customers with a professional service which always delivers exceptional customer service levels
The Person:
- Have either Internal Sales / Sales Administration / Order Processing experience
- Ideally have experience producing and following up quotes
- Be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Be a good team player and excellent communicator
The Package:
- Up to 27,000 basic salary
- Company bonuses paid quarterly
