Role Overview:As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers and potential leads to provide information, answer queries, and promote relevant services. Your main goal will be to create a positive customer experience while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers, providing them with product or service information
  • Meeting and surpassing targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow ups
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an outbound call centre or customer service role is preferred but not necessary
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent listening skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with a desire to meet targets
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
