Description
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
- Manage payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
- Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare regular payroll reports for senior management
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the payroll function
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team as needed
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Job Offer
Salary up to 33,000 depending on skills and experience + immediate start + accessible office location with free parking + hybrid working + flexible working hours + minimum 3 month contract + high possibility this role will be extended.
