We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners to join our dynamic team in Bradford. If you are committed to providing high-quality care and education to young children and thrive in a supportive, flexible working environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess age-appropriate learning activities in line with EYFS requirements.
  • Support children's development, welfare, and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support children's progress.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A minimum of Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
  • Ability to work between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility around working days.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations within Bradford if required.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
