You will be working at a large Primary School based in Bradford (BD3) as an Early Years Teaching Assistant. This Bradford Primary School is looking for a highly motivated and professional Early Years TA to start as soon as possible.
Role

The main responsibilities are to:
- Assist the nursery teacher with planning and implementing educational activities.
- Support children's learning and development through play and structured activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Provide personal care to children, including feeding, changing nappies, and assisting with toilet training.
- Observe and record children's progress and report to the nursery teacher.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions amongst children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's development and any concerns.
- Assist with setting up and tidying away equipment and resources.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
* Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in supporting teaching and learning.
* Experience of working in an Early Years or Nursery environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A positive attitude, a sense of humour and a willingness to learn.
* A commitment to the ethos and values of the school.
