We are seeking a full-time Nursery Teaching Assistant to work in the nursery of a mainstream primary school in Bradford from April to July. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the early learning journey of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the early years team in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
  • Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Help develop children's social, communication, and motor skills
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to children who need additional help
  • Observe and record children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
  • Assist with daily routines, including snack time, outdoor play, and personal care where necessary
  • Encourage independence and confidence in young learners
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an early years or nursery setting (preferred)
  • Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
  • A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
