We are looking for passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic secondary school in Bradford, starting January 2025. This role involves supporting students in Key Stages 3 and 4 across various subjects.

Our school is a cutting-edge institution for students aged 11 to 18. We are seeking exceptional teaching assistants to inspire and nurture the next generation of leaders, especially in a community that faces educational challenges.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist in delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
  • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines.
  • Help assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous expieriance in Teaching assisstant roles Essential
  • Experience working with students in a secondary school setting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to Work in the UK (Visa Sponsorship not provided).
