The Role

As a Clinical Peripatetic Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on support to homes facing challenges or undergoing transitions, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. This role requires flexibility, as you will work across multiple locations, stepping in as Home Manager when needed and offering expert support to regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Interim Home Management - Oversee the day-to-day running of homes during periods of absence or transition, maintaining exceptional care standards and regulatory compliance.? Operational Support - Provide hands-on assistance to homes facing challenges, ensuring quality of care, compliance, and effective staff management.? Leadership & Development - Mentor and guide staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.? Strategic Contribution - Work closely with the Regional Director to drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and support business objectives.? Compliance & Governance - Ensure services meet CQC regulations, company policies, and health & safety requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:? A valid NMC PIN (Registered Mental Health Nurse - RMN)? Proven experience in healthcare management, ideally in a multi-site or turnaround capacity? A Level 5 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)? Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills? The ability to adapt to different environments and manage diverse challenges with confidence? Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities? A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is essential
