It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience in a residential care setting, with at least 1 year experience in a managerial position within the sector. You will also have a minimum of level 3 qualification in health and social care and an enhanced DBS check.

The Role:
*Ensuring Statement of Purpose accurately reflects the ethos and aims of the home
*Day to day running of the children's home and safety of young people using the services
*Oversee and sign off staff rota in agreement with registered manager
*Responsibility to fulfil all requirements under Children's Home Regulations 2015

The Person:
*Level 3 - 5 in Health and Social Care
*Minimum 2 years experience within a residential care home
*At least 1 year experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting
*Enhanced DBS check
