Job Title: Electrical/Automation Engineer

Responsibilities
- Conduct Planned Maintenance inspections and complete condition reports as per the site maintenance plan.
- Optimize and adjust equipment during production runs.
- Set up new lines according to job specifications to ensure high-quality output.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot issues across various types of machinery.
- Plan and execute corrective and reactive maintenance work, minimizing production downtime.
Qualifications
- Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in a process, production, or manufacturing setting.
- Strong fitting skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an engineering team.
- Proficient in fault finding.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters.
Desirable Skills (not essential)
- Familiarity with 3D design software.
- Knowledge of 3D printing.
- Experience with PLC programming.
- Capability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Willingness to engage in hands-on engineering projects.
Working Hours
The role involves working Monday to Friday from either 05:45 to 14:15 or 13:45 to 22:15 (40 hours per week, with early and late shifts rotating weekly).
