Graduate Electrical Design Engineer
Based in Bradford
£30,000-£40,000 + contributory pension scheme, 33 days holiday
The Company:
A well established market leader in the design and manufacture of industrial engineering products, my client is currently looking to grow its engineering department with an additional electrical design engineer.
The engineering team are friendly, and have a wealth of experience which will help the electrical design engineer learn the role, the product range and develop technically over time.
The Role:
Working closely with the senior electrical engineer, the electrical design engineer will:
- Read and interpret customer specifications
- Produce electrical schematics, BOMs, GA drawings for the production of control panels and machinery.
- Lisie with the manufacturing department and provide technical assistance
- Get involved in costings
Required Experience:
- The electrical design engineer could be a recent graduate or a junior engineer looking for the next stage in their development
- You must be electrically qualified
- Be conversant with 2D electrical design software
- Ideally have some hands on electrical design experience
