Plus many more fantastic benefits!As Employee Relations Advisor, you will be key in coaching and supporting people leaders to manage a variety of ER issues, developing management behaviours and styles to foster positive working relationships with colleagues.

You will also be involved with:

  • Assessing ER cases in terms of risk and offering possible solutions with the aim of reducing reoccurring issues through case analysis and proactive interventions where possible
  • Providing advice and guidance on sickness, absence, disciplinary and welfare cases, capability and grievances

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong HR and Employee Relations Advisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong relationships at all levels
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law and ideally CIPD qualified
  • A clear customer service mindset that will have a positive input to the team and their customer
  • Experience of working within unionised industries
