BDS is recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-ordinator in the BD4 area of Bradford.
This is a temporary ongoing role with 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, though flexible arrangements are possible.
The salary is £14.26 per hour PAYE or approximately £17.50 per hour umbrella.
Candidates should have previous experience in sheltered or supported housing and an understanding of IT and systems.
Main responsibilities include daily resident interactions, property checks, service oversight, and involvement in activities.

BDS are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Co-ordinator based in the BD4 area of Bradford.

This is a temporary ongoing role to start asap

Hours; 20 per week - Monday Friday- 8am - 12pm but can be flexible i.e. over 4 days

£14.26 PAYE or circa £17.50 UMBRELLA

Main duties

• Speaking with the residents daily

• Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.

• Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,

• Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.

• Involving the residents in activities within the service

• Health and safety checks and fire alarm panel checks,

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT and systems and previous experience in sheltered or supported housing
