Salary: Up to £30,000- £35,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:15pm

The company: A well-established, successful medium-sized law firm in the heart of Bradford City Centre.

Brief Overview of Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in organising and managing our events, ensuring they run smoothly, professionally, and successfully. In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the marketing team in a wide range of areas, from posting content on our website and various social media to creating and distributing engaging communications.

Within your new role you will be responsible for:

  • Project manage our events calendar. This will include planning, organising, promoting, and delivering a range of internal and external events, including seminars, webinars, round-table events, and networking events.
  • Develop and implement a strategic communications plan to advance the companies brand reputation
  • Copy Writing - preparing for, public speaking, press release, pitches and other external opportunities.
  • Following up all information and specific data received after all events
  • Ability to analyse research data and share all the research to all departments necessary
  • Work with our lawyer group to identify prospects and drive ideas for the company to reach wider or new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support the business development goals and to enhance the business and reputation.
  • Create and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, press releases, and the firm's website.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Maintain and update the businesses contact database and mailing lists on the CRM System
  • Support the marketing team with other tasks as needed.

Skills/experience required for this position:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple events or projects end-to-end, preferably gained within a professional services or events management setting.
  • An articulate communicator who can vary their style according to their audience.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • A capable project manager with proven organisational skills, able to think creatively and problem-solve successfully.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM Systems
