Our client, an award-winning, leading Law firm, seeks to recruit an upbeat and proactive Marketing and Events Administrator to be based at their newly refurbished, immaculate offices in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, varied role within the professional services sector.

The Role:

As the Marketing and Events Administrator, you will join the small marketing team (4) and you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful events and supporting broader marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute a mix of virtual and in-person events, ranging from small office-based workshops (10-40 attendees) to larger external events (up to 70 attendees).
    • Source venues, arrange invitations, promote events on social media, and ensure seamless delivery on the day.
    • Coordinate logistics, including room setup, tech support, and managing technical issues.
    • Support breakfast and evening events as needed.
    • Conduct research to identify opportunities, venues, and trends.
    • Work with the team to promote events and marketing campaigns.
    • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing team.

The Person:

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in event coordination, ideally from a professional services background.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with venues and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with a range of event types and sizes.
  • Excellent communication and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence and creativity in promoting events via social media channels.
