My client is a local charity based in the Bradford are looking to recruit a PA/EA to join the team on a full time permanent basis!

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000+

Location: BD7

Office based

Hours of work: Flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday (During peak times, start and finish times will be variable and will depend on the requirements and will include out of hour work)

Duties and responsibilities:

•        Diary management:

•        Regularly review the CEOs diary

•        Develop relationships with diary managers of Board members and stakeholders

•        Prompt for meetings, appointments and events

•        Arrange and organise meetings

Administrative Support:

•        Ensure Board papers are prepared ahead of meetings

•        Arrange venues and minute Board meetings

•        Deal with incoming calls, post and email correspondence, and corresponding on behalf of the CEO as required;

•        Manage the business expenses

•        Coordinate booking of conferences and events

•        Domestic and international travel and accommodation

•        Draft correspondence, presentations and reports

•        Personal administration and appointment booking.

•        Provide cover for the Office Manager
