Finance Business Partner (Tech & Transformation) - £49,613 Location: Hybrid (1 day on-site) | Housing SectorAre you tired of being the Excel wizard who only gets wheeled out for month-end?We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who can do more than just crunch numbers - someone who can translate "tech speak" into "finance speak" and back again without getting a headache.What's Actually Going On Here? We're a housing association that believes in doing right by our residents. Right now, we're going through some major tech transformation projects, and we need someone who can keep the financial wheels turning while helping our tech teams understand why they can't have every shiny new toy they've spotted on LinkedIn.You'll Be Great For This If:
  • You've got a CCAB qualification (ACA or CIMA or ACCA or CIPFA)
  • You can explain complex financial concepts without making people's eyes glaze over
  • You've wrestled with project accounting and lived to tell the tale
  • You're comfortable being the voice of financial reason in a room full of enthusiastic project managers
