We are seeking a Vehicle Aftersales Manager to join our successful, multi-brand Main Dealer in Bradford. With four leading automotive brands under one roof, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to oversee and elevate our aftersales department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the entire aftersales department, including service, parts, and warranty operations.
  • Maximise departmental profitability and achieve KPI targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance retention, upsell, and service plans.
  • Motivate and coach a high-performing team across four brands.
  • Ensure all warranty and manufacturer standards are met.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency across the department.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an aftersales management role (main dealer experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of automotive aftersales operations, including service and parts.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-brand, fast-paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
