As the second most senior in finance there will be an opportunity to get involved in strategy meeting where you'll be encouraged to share ideas.With an exciting pipeline of projects across 2025 and 2026, this is the time to join. Key ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with retail experience. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the 'bread and butter, day to day' accounting, someone who has a hands on attitude. You won't be afraid to get stuck into the nitty gritty and will happily own the month end process, have full P&L responsibility and get involved in forecasting and budgeting. Business partnering will come naturally to you alongside people management.There is also a huge focus on process improvement and data management - if either of these plays to your strengths, I'd love to hear from you.
