Our client is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Manager to join their team based in Bradford for a 5-month Fixed Term Contract.

The role will be contracted to 22.5 hours a week and the pro rata salary is approximarely £20,300.

The role:

  • Controlling all aspects of the purchase ledger.
  • Motivating and managing a team of up to 4 people.
  • Controlling all aspects of purchase ledger including stock suppliers, cashflow, and supplier payment runs.
  • Inputting and reviewing invoice status daily.
  • Controlling and chasing credit claims.
  • Processing and posting overhead invoices to Sage 200.
  • Agreeing purchase ledger to supplier statements on a weekly basis.
  • Resolving any supplier queries.
  • Conducting team catch ups and reviews.
  • Ad hoc financial and administration duties.

About you:

  • An experienced Purchase Ledger Manager or Supervisor.
  • Confidence in the use of SAGE is essential.
  • Can commit to a Fixed Term Contract for 5 months.
  • Highly organised and great attention to detail.
