A successful 'Senior Finance Manager' should have:
- Qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven experience in leading a finance team or show exceptional leadership potential
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to strategise and solve problems.
