Our client is an established organisation looking for a Shipping Administrator to join their team based in Bradford.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
  • Liaising with companies regarding deliveries and stock.
  • Liaising with Freight Forwarders about shipments.
  • Raising and chasing Invoices.
  • Checking documents.
  • Chasing documentation for customs.
  • Booking deliveries with customers.
  • Creating order reports.
  • Creating and managing paperwork.
  • Arranging deliveries into the warehouse.
  • General office support and admin duties.

About you:

  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication and planning skills
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm and hybrid working will be available after training, with 1 day per week working from home.
