Logistics & Freight Coordinator | Bradford area | Fashion | £35k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced detail-oriented Logistics & Freight Coordinator to manage the flow of stock imports and exports for a fast-growing business. You'll oversee freight logistics, customs clearance, and timely deliveries, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal Logistics & Freight Coordinator will already be operating in a similar role and must have experience within Imports / Exports and familiar with customs documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate air, road, and sea freight from ex-factory to delivery.

  • Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and agents to ensure correct documentation.

  • Track shipments, monitor ETAs, and provide updates to teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritise deliveries.

  • Ensure accurate customs documentation and compliance with HMRC guidelines.

  • Review and authorise shipping invoices.

  • Support a paperless environment by organising and filing documents efficiently.

  • Ensure supplier packing lists match shipping documentation.

  • Handle additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel

  • Knowledge of import procedures and air/sea freight regulations.

  • Experience in shipping, customs clearance, and record-keeping.
