At Best In Class, we are working with a Bradford Primary School in BD8 who are on the look out for an Early Years Learning Support Assistant to cover a Maternity Cover. 

This role is full-time, and to start as soon as possible.
Fixed contract until July 2025.

As part of the role, you will be expected to: 

  • Support children to be the best they can be 
  • Be approachable, friendly and dedicated to improving learning 
  • Provide 1:1 support for children who have additional needs or have an EHCP 
  • Provide emotional, social and pastoral support 
  • Collaborate with colleagues and members of the SEND Team 
  • Attend staff meetings where required 
  • Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedure in line with school policy 

To be successful, you will also need: 

  • Relevant qualifications related to the role, Ideally Level 2 or above 
  • Up to date enhanced DBS 
  • Experience within Education or in a similar role 
  • Sufficient references to cover 2 years
