Sports Graduate Cover Supervisor - Veritas Education

Roles Available: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions
Veritas Education is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sports Graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors working with our partner schools in the Bradford area. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates passionate about education and sports, providing vital support to students in the classroom and helping deliver a variety of subjects, including Physical Education (PE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students in a range of subjects, including PE, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Step in as a cover supervisor when regular teachers are absent, ensuring the lesson plan is followed.
- Help manage student behavior and maintain discipline within the classroom.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons, particularly in sports-related activities and physical education classes.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support where needed, helping students with their learning and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that supports students' academic and personal growth.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Sports or a related field.
- A passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their best.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with students, in any capacity, is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and subjects, providing versatile support where needed.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
