Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting School visitors
  • Use appropriate IT packages to create spreadsheets and letters
  • Adhere to School policies and procedures
  • Promote excellent professional relationships
  • Provide an excellent service to visitors both face to face and over the telephone
  • Maintain noticeboards and updated timetables and rotas
  • Use photocopiers and other office equipment

You will hold: -

  • Experience working within a school office
  • Experience working with Arbor desirable
  • Able to work well in a team
